I have discovered the best snack/lunch on Pinterest! Very simple, yet something that I have never thought of on my own.
AN AVACADO GRILLED CHEESE!
The version shown here is also made with pepperoni. Personally, I like this better vegetarian style, so I chose to make it with avacados and pepperjack cheese only!
